Guests arrive into courtyard car park well maintained gravel surface. Reception at farmhouse, please ring door bell, where you will be welcomed and took across to your cottage, each cottage has steps so are not wheelchair friendly however there are always people here happy to help if required. You will be welcomed with Devonshire cream teas which will be ready for you in the barn.

Lodge - sleeping 4: Step into lounge/kitchen diner/fitted kitchen - Wooden stairs, leading off lounge - Bedrooms – Bedrooms are carpeted and the double room has a TV – carpeted – large bathroom, vinyl floor, step into bath/shower.

Jasmine cottage – sleeping 6: Enter lounge carpeted with has wooden stairs leading off the landing – separate kitchen diner – vinyl floor - Bathroom step into shower/bath – Bedrooms are carpeted and the double room has a TV plus ensuite bathroom.

Apple Cellar – Sleeping 5: Enter into lounge – carpeted through out – kitchen/diner vinyl in kitchen area – Wooden stairs leading to landing from lounge – Double bedroom has ensuite bathroom plus TV, twin bedroom – Large bathroom with vinyl flooring.

All cottages centrally heated and each cottage has patio area. 

Out door heated swimming pool with paving surrounding it.

Guests arrive into courtyard car park well maintained gravel surface. Reception at farmhouse, please ring door bell, where you will be welcomed into the farmhouse hallway with the original tiles and a door to your left that leads of to the lounge – stairs straight ahead which are carpeted – Ground floor bedroom to your right.

Lounge – Carpeted – Large granite fire place and log fire when required. A welcoming, Devonshire cream tea. This is appreciated after a long journey.

Dining Room – carpeted- separate tables – delicious farmhouse breakfast. Most food locally produced.

Bedroom 1 – Ground floor leading off hallway – carpeted. Double or family room, Heated, Attractively decorated. Leading off to ensuite with washbasin, toilet and shower. Hand rails either side of toilet – hand rail to shower, with 3 steps into shower which has a seat.

Bedroom 2, carpeted - Double or twin bedded room plus extra single bed if required. Also ensuite, TV, snacks and tea & coffee. Well lit and heated plus extra instant heating.

Bedroom 3, 4 & 5 – All double bedrooms – carpeted, ensuite, TV, snacks and tea & coffee. All bedrooms are well lit and heated plus extra instant heating.

Out door heated swimming pool with paving surrounding it.
